Milne added clothes create a class system, which the terms blue- and white-collar jobs are a reflection of. The reason for the various names is to add a level of ambiguity, he said. Milne identifies as a lifelong nudist and explained there is little difference between the terms nudist, naturist or naturalist. “If you mention nudity to people, they either turn into a 12-year-old version of themselves or they turn into the church lady,” he said.
